This is about what we call Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO), in New Zealand and if it is any good at helping people with Disability get employment.
Ruth Dyson was the minister for CYF (Child Youth & Family Services) and Disability issues. I would like a Mainstream (Supported Employment Programme) and CYF refuse to spite my disability. The EEO policy does more to hinder then help me as I can explain:
